Why are daily tickets are not available for AAMS 2019?
1) In this Sammelan we are adopting on-line ticket booking with seat numbers which you can select. This is a major improvement as compared to the previous Sammelans. Logistics involved in managing a numbered seat for three days with the possibility of three different people seating on it is extremely complex.
2) Daily ticketing will also require delegate registration facility for each day. This will tie up resources and people managing the registration booths will have to miss out on substantial part of the program.
3) Daily ticketing also involves other logistic issues, for example, food management, souvenir management etc.
4) Members of the 2013 Sammelan Committee had faced severe difficulties in several areas due to daily tickets and advised us that we should not go for daily ticketing.

Due to above reasons, in AAMS 2019 daily tickets are not available. We would like you to be part of the whole Sammelan and not miss out on any program.

Is accommodation available at the venue?
AAMS 2019 attendee must make accommodation arrangement at their own, which suits them.
AAMS 2019 attendee, looking for accommodation near AAMS venue, can avail discount from following three accommodations. AAMS 2019 committee has negotiated with these accommodations ( 02 hotels, and 01 serviced apartment ).
If attendee wishes to make a accommodation booking in either of these, must contact concerned, and refer to this event for discount. The transaction shall take place between attendee and of the hotel / serviced apartment providing company as per Terms and Conditions.

Is food provided during this event?
Yes, food in included in the price of the ticket. We will be serving you Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks and Dinner during the event.

What type of food will be served?
Only vegetarian food will be served at the venue.

What about my special requirement regarding the food?
Unfortunately, special food will NOT be available at the event.
Will there be Medical service available at the event venue for any urgent need?
Yes. Doctors and emergency staff will be available during the event.
How far is Liverpool from the Sydney, CBD (Downtown) area?
Liverpool is about 35 km from the Sydney CBD (Downtown) area and is well connected by roads and railway.

Is there a public transport to the venue?
Yes. Liverpool railway station is major suburban station. Whitlam Centre is approx. 1 km from the railway station. There is local bus service too. (Please note that Railway and Bus frequency is reduced during holiday period).

Is there enough parking at the venue?
Yes, Whitlam centre has over 500 car parking spots.

Will Childcare Facility be available at the Venue?
No. There will be no licensed child-care facility at the venue. However, we have hired a Children’s room at the venue which can be used by children strictly under their parents supervision and responsibility. AAMS Committee will not be responsible for children inside the children’s room.

Do I have to register for Child-care facility?
No. The room can accommodate about 25 children at any given time. Use of the room will be with mutual understanding of parents.
